Counselling
Supporting your healing — at your own pace, in your own way
A space for you
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying too much — past pain, family expectations, self-doubt, or a sense of not belonging.
Counselling offers a space where you can talk freely and feel truly heard — without judgement or pressure.
My role as your counsellor is to help you explore your experiences safely, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to heal the emotional wounds that may be holding you back.
Common areas I work with
I support adults who are experiencing a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including:

Anxiety and stress

Low self-esteem and self-criticism

Family or relationship difficulties

Trauma and childhood neglect

Loss and bereavement

Life transitions and cultural adjustment

Identity, belonging and cross-cultural issues
My approach
I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means I draw on a range of approaches to tailor therapy to your individual needs.
At the heart of my work is the Person-Centred approach, which values empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard — creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
Depending on your needs, I may also integrate:
Psychodynamic ideas
Psychodynamic ideas to explore how past experiences shape your present patterns
Cognitive Behavioural techniques (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioural techniques (CBT) to support awareness and behavioural change
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) to work compassionately with different parts of the self
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) to reduce shame and self-criticism
Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you — helping you to make sense of your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and move towards emotional balance and wellbeing.
